Your driver will meet and greet you in the designated pickup area of the airport, located down the escalators to level 2 (baggage claim area).

If we find your items, we will notify you immediately to make arrangements for pickup or delivery. Please note: we may charge a nominal fee for transportation of your belongings to your hotel.

The ground transportation fares quoted on this web site do not include tips.  We recommend that you tip your driver between 15-20% of fare.
